		<description>has he  re-married? if he did and he has no income but his wife does and they claim a joint return,then she can file for {injured spouse} and you won't receive it,but if he has income and filed,then you will get it all or his share..good luck:)</description>

		<description>If he still owes back support, the rebate will be captured for that as well.  If you are getting his tax refunds, you'll get the rebate as well. You can check it through the Child Support Enforcement Agency but there's really no need to do so if you're already getting the tax refund money.</description>

		<description>Absolutely.  If he still owes money, any refund will automatically go to any debts he owes the government, or in your case, back child support.  So, just check your mail for the next few weeks, because you're going to be getting some extra cash.</description>
