If you have a phone that tracks your full phone history, you might be able to delete individual instances of phone calls.

But for the redial function you may just have to call a random number to clear the redial.

But if you are afraid of your phone getting into the wrong hands (and you can't set a lock on it), you should really just find another way to manage your bank accounts.
