What bank is good for opening a bank account when you are 17 years old?

I need to know which bank in Southern California is a good bank for opening a bank account as a 17 year old. I need to be able to open the account by myself and withdraw/deposit by myself, possibly have checking and/or ATM services.

No bank will do it for you. Miners can not enter into legal contracts. missy55072
