vikkmathis asked: I was recently fired from my job and wish to transfer my 401K over to the company I’m now working for. The rep. I spoke with said I would not be able to do this because the company I use to work for still have me listed as active. I was told that until they remove me from their payroll I couldn’t do anything with my 401. The thing is I’ve been away from this company for nearly a month now and they still haven’t removed me from their payroll. Who do I need to call to make them get off their A$$ and do their job?

We have 2 vehicles that are both financed and no real assets to speak of. Does anyone know what the bank will do when I start missing my mortgage payment? Does anyone have any suggestions?
