		<description>A degree does not equal a banking job. What they are looking for is a background for customer service, sales, cash handling, loan experience or a combination of any of these. Send out your resumes to as many banks, credit unions, and savings and loans, and then work from there. Like I said, sales is huge right now, so make sure you mention that you are good at this. If you have your degree, but no experience in the areas listed above, you may try for a "back office" position as well.&lt;a href="http://www.bigguitarshop.com/amps-84925"&gt; trmlnt&lt;/a&gt;</description>

Bottom = teller.  After you get the idea of how you are paid, you are then moved into your specialty.  (at least that is how it was for a family member of mine that worked in a bank).
