They have helped the terrorists in lots of ways and that never should have been the case. But, Africa, of course they always need lots of help. they were uneducated of course but they have been getting better in some areas. It's the missionaries who have helped the most I think, not because of money but because of prayer, patience, love, self-sacrifice and the support they were getting personally too, although they never get enough support.
