How much money do I owe because somebody has borrowed for me?

If the UK government has a debt of one trillion pounds for us and there are sixty million people eligible to vote in the UK, how much money does each person owe? Have we got any money to pay it with and what about the interest? Can we declare this country bankrupt? Is anybody worried about being in debt?
