this is a favor im doing for a friend of mine. 
i need to know how the banking system in the philippines work, monetary/fiscal system per se country.
Please can you give me a precise explanation and if you refer me to a WEBSITE please dont, ive seen them all but even so do go ahead if you feel that it contains the lot of my question.
