The Germans seen the banksters coming and built a trade surplus but the banksters are trying to get Germany to spend surplus money to bailout Greece. Spain and Portugal also don`t have trade surpluses.

Foreclosures are still on the rise but the banking industry has shown stability (according to the news). Shouldn’t the banks be forced to work with the current home mortgage payees instead of creating another empty home and homeless family?
Foreclosures are 11% in Las Vegas and they are mostly average Americans.
I do not agree that banks were forced into giving out loans to people who could not afford it. BofA is known for their picky mortgage banking.

No banking CEOs have been forced out.
The banks weren’t required to submit plans for solvency.

money
bk asked:

I am just curious to know, who gives so much money for campaigning? According to Sheila Krumholz, the executive director of the Center for Responsive Politics, the presidential candidates alone have already raised more than $1.5 billion since the election cycle started in January 2007. Is that a joke? I know that to show ads on TV, they need some money but 1.5 BILLION is way too much.
