There are so many people building houses now a days, how do they come up with the money to build a house. I would like to rebuild a house that is 150 years old. The basement gets totally flooded and the wood really is not very good anymore. it has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms upstairs with 1 1/2 bath. I don’t actually know how much square feet it is though.
