Squirrlee-1 asked: I was charged with an over draft. I had plenty of money in the account. I DO NOT have a debit card. Seems someone used a debit card on my account and drained the account. The bank says tuff S*&%. Its my problem. Well I didnt do it. The bank never looses money. I was there 4 hours trying to get this straightened out. Is this legal for them to do this. What are my options, if I have any, and it doesnt look good. What would you do?
Thanks….

londondreamer2 asked: I believe it is wrong for a bank to automatically withdraw funds from a person’s account for a transaction but then wait 5 days for a deposit on ths person’s account to clear before usage of such funds can occur. Does this practice seem a bit unbalanced? what other banking practices do you think are unfair?

nellytaco asked: I have a judgement on my record for an unpaid Credit card. I have heard somehow these “People” can take the money out of your bank account. My question is how do they find my banking information? Is there anyway to avoid this happening before I can pay them? And before you ask yes I am working on a budget via the Dave Ramsey program.

Kayla G asked:
I deposited a check into my checking account. The check bounced almost 90 days later due to closed account. I called my bank and was told by a higher up that the Federal Bank had lost the check during processing (their fault). So my bank just took back the deposited money from my bank account after 3 months since depositing it due to their lack to organization. My bank won’t help because they think whatever the Fed Bank wants, it gets, cause its “God”. So I don’t expect any support from them regarding the recovery of my money. Are there any federal banking laws that might help me recover the money they took back?

Zach L asked: I looked up a family members name on Google and found their name and credit card information amongst a list of hundreds of others with credit card and banking information available for sale, and also illegally selling verified PayPal accounts for money. How do I report this? Clearly it’s extremely illegal..
Thanks.

If there is no upper limit and all governments have to take over ownership of their banking systems, what would be the consequences?
Just interested in your thoughts.

She has went bankrupt twice and there is nothing i can do about it. The credit report is in both of our names because the state requires it. You cannot stop her from getting credit cards and ruining your credit unless you get a divorce. I dont have a credit card and on my credit report there are 16 credit cards with 4 in default? I am sick.

greybluehoney asked:
Small claims court made a default judgement and said it is my job to get the banking information of the plaintiff. How is that possible?
Yes this is a valid question and paying a lawyer is not an option.
Can I have a lien put on his house?
